- $750 per night for up to 4 guests.
- $25 per additional guest per night
- Children 10 and under no additional charge
- Cleaning fee: $350
- Pet Fee: $35
- Local sales tax: 3%
Policies
- Guests 25 & over and children are welcome.
- 3 night minimum.
- Pets upon approval.
- This is a non-smoking vacation home.
- 50% deposit required to reserve the vacation home.
- Balance Due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Refund in full if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
- Refunds less than 60 days prior are based upon the re-rental of property.
